Returns

 

As we work with food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or consumed, for hygiene and food safety reasons. However, if the product you receive is damaged, incorrect, or expired, you may return it within 7 business days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via our email or the contact form on our website. We will require you to send us a photo of the damaged or incorrect product in order to proceed with the return.

 

Refunds

 

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Exceptions

 

We cannot accept returns of the following products for safety and hygiene reasons:

  • Food products that have been opened or consumed.

  • Products with an expired use-by date.

Defective or Damaged Products

 

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. In these cases, the refund or replacement will be processed at no additional cost. We will ask you to send us a photo of the defective product to proceed with the return process.

 

Product Exchanges

 

As we offer food products, we can only exchange items that have not been opened or consumed. In this case, shipping costs for the exchange will be covered by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
