Refund & Returns Policy

Returns
As we work with food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or consumed, for hygiene and food safety reasons. However, if the product you receive is damaged, incorrect or past its expiry date, you may return it within 7 working days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@vidabf.com or via our contact form. We will need you to send us a photo of the damaged or incorrect product in order to process the return.
Refunds
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund may take between 5 and 10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns of the following products for safety and hygiene reasons:
- Food products that have been opened or consumed.
- Products past their expiry date.
Defective or damaged products
If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@vidabf.com. In these cases, the refund or replacement will be processed at no additional cost. We will ask you to send a photo of the defective product so we can proceed.
Product exchanges
As we sell food products, we can only exchange products that have not been opened or consumed. In this case, the shipping costs for the exchange shall be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
